3. Services and Responsibilities

EduTech Yorkshire acts as the primary client contact and invoicing entity for IT and connectivity solutions.

  • IT Support & Consultancy Services
    Governed by ITSY’s General Terms and Conditions.
    These cover the delivery of technical support, maintenance, and related services.

  • Internet & Connectivity Services (ISP)
    Provided by Exa Networks Ltd, under their own governance and service documentation, available here.
    These include broadband, filtering, and other network-related services.

4. Limitation of Liability

While EduTech Yorkshire manages client relationships and invoicing, each service area remains the responsibility of its respective provider:

  • ITSY is not liable for any issues, service interruptions, or damages arising from Exa Networks’ ISP services.

  • Exa Networks Ltd is not liable for IT support, consultancy, or other services provided by ITSY.

Clients acknowledge and agree that:

  • Any support or technical issues relating to IT systems fall under ITSY’s responsibility.

  • Any connectivity or ISP issues fall under Exa Networks’ responsibility.

EduTech Yorkshire will, however, coordinate with both parties to ensure timely and professional resolution of any reported issues.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, are owned or licensed by IT Solutions Yorkshire Ltd unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.
